Very important , Parcel Consignee Info :

1. After payment , we need to get customer's consignee info to send parcel , our shipper need Consingee name, Detailed address with post code, (If door to door method), plus consingee telephone to deliver parcel .
2. Please make sure consignee info correct because sceambuy.com will do 100% according this info , or customer might not get the parcels .
3. If missed consingee info as well as not clear , Screambuy.com will send email to customer for address , at this moment , the parcel paused sending until making clear .

Important too , Address Correction :

1. Usually we send parcels according customer registration form's addess in Screambuy.com , but there is an paypal shipping address on customer's paypal .  Sometimes , these two address are different place . At this situation , if we didn't find out the difference , we will send according Screambuy.com's registered address , if we find out the confliction , we might pause the shipping and send email to customer to confirm it .
2. Please make sure your address is work or not at your own discretion when you want to deliver to P.O.boxes and APO/FPO addresses , because for HK post / HK registered post method might be ok , but for door to door , they should be not work .

Base Information

How about ship time :

1. Usually after payment done , for stock products , we sent goods in 1-3 working days . ( the working days is Monday to Friday only , shipper is not work on Saturday , but we might work a little on Sunday .)
2. But if customer order non-stock products , we will send email to customer about estimated shipping date .
3. If there is other reason delay , a email will be sent to customer from Screambuy.com.

What about shipping Method :

1. We provide five shipping method for customer : HK flat post , HK registered post , EMS , UPS and DHL. They are good enough for different area at different price , customer can select what they like when ordering .
2. If customer want other shipping method like TNT, Fedex or any other else , please contact us before ordering .

What about Tracking no. :

1. Yes, for EMS , UPS, DHL,  we will provide tracking no. to customer to make sure we sent parcel . The range of tracking is door to door ,
2. For HK registered post , there is tracking no. too , but the tracking range is just until "leave HK custom"
3. For HK Flat post , there is no tracking no., sorry , it is cheapest method.
4. Usually the tracking no. start working one day after shipment.

Time of delivery :

1. Due to international shipping for different area , we can not provide standard time of delivery .
2. For customer reference like USA , we can expect as these:
                                                                            Hk flat post = 7-12 days
                                                                            Hk register post = 8-15 days
                                                                            EMS = 5-8 days
                                                                            UPS = 3-4 days
                                                                            DHL = 3-4 days
3. About "Stock situation" :
       Due to the products range are vast , and at the same time , we are selling in local market  , our stock data system sometimes doesn't catch up with the system here . When customer bid on "stocked" products , there is chance that the item has selled , if this happened , we will send email to explain to customer . If customer can not wait , we can return money via paypal .

Shipping Restriction :

1. About the Weight :
       HK flat post , Hk registered post and EMS just count the actual weight of the parcel , does not concern the size of the parcel , that means customer can feel free to order anything on screambuy.com because those are actual weight of each item .
       UPS will consider the size like "Length * Width * Height / 6000" , if this value is more than the actual weight , they will charge us more than the billing's freight .
       DHL will consider the size like "Length * Width * Height / 5000" , so pls take more care of it . 

       When ordering on Sceambuy.com , pls notice the "Shipping restriction" under product description , if it is "Heavy" product, you can feel free to select DHL or UPS , but if it is "Light" products , customer can not select DHL or UPS independently , or unless they have other "heavy" products to combine shipment so that make sure DHL/UPS just charge us according the weight , we can not send goods when DHL/UPS charge us according the size . We will pause the shipment to ask customer pay extra fee to cover the balance before shipment. 

       On the other hand , If customer must use DHL or UPS to send "Light" products , pls leave us message through "Contact Us" Sectioin before ordering , we will count for you seperately .

2. About the Product Restriction :
       HK flat post , Hk registered post and EMS has less restriction on products, that means anything as long as they are not illegal , we can send by them , Like battery products and other related products .
       UPS and DHL has more restriction on products' attribute , like we can't send battery products or other related products outside of UPS and DHL rules.
       Therefore , when ordering , pls notice the "Shipping restriction" under product description , if is "Not ok for UPS / DHL" pls don't choose UPS or DHL when estimated the freight or check out .

3. About the "Remote area" charge :
       Customer must assure the consignee address are ok to be deliveried , does not within the "remote area" defined by selected shipping method like UPS and DHL, because those will generate extra charges but our freight counting does not include these , if happened , we will pause sending and request customer's payment for balance , or we might have to cancel the order and return payment , this activity is reasonable and customer must accept this troubleshooting .

Return Policy

Guarantee Issues

1. Usually Screambuy.com provide 15 days of satisfaction guarantee to cover all kinds of products ,within this period , customer can return products at their own paying of freight ,  the product must be in new, unused condition and re-saleable, when received and check products ok , Screambuy.com will return payment via paypal , the refund will be credited within 10 business days of the receipt of the item , if needed replace a new one , Screambuy.com will send by cheapest method . But pls notice all such 15 days satisfaction guarantee's charge of handling are met by customer .
2. There are some products have different warranty period like 1 year ,  those can be seem in product descriptions and warranty method is replace new one by cheapest shipping method only . Of course if this situation happen , Screambuy.com will verify the mark on returned products to know the date of buying , and we might request customer provide buying provement , customer has responsibility to cooperate with us .
